CLEANING AND REPAIR SERVICES

 

     PROPERTY CLEANUP AND DEBRIS REMOVAL:

         We remove everything not attached to the house, and dispose of it.  I have a lot of experience with this service, especially emptying and cleaning houses due to be marketed by Trust Real Estate departments. I have accounts with all of the drop box services, in fact I am on a first name basis with Cloudburst Recycling!

Since there is an appraiser present, items of value that may have been overlooked are recovered and sold.  Some recent finds:

A painting sitting on top of a trash heap: $3000 (sold through Butterfields)                 An abandoned teddy bear: $720 (sold on eBay)                                                             Three cans of tennis balls: $277 (sold on eBay)                                                                Two postally used envelopes  pulled from the trash (literally): $193.00 (sold on eBay)  A poor condition moldy comic book: $900 (sold on eBay)                                                   A Japanese glass fishing float pulled from a house filled with trash: $4227 (eBay)                                       

 

Crew includes services of a professional appraiser: 

$55 per hour for first 2,      $15.00 per hour for each additional worker,      Plus dump and drop box fees.

HOUSE CLEANING, GARDENING, TOUCH UP PAINTING: We scrub the house top to bottom, vacuum, sweep, and dust.

Gardening includes weeding, bark dust, mowing, light tilling.

Painting is touchup only, no large jobs.        

 

 

 

 

 

 

Crew of 2 to 12, depending on size of job: 

            $35 per hour for first 2, $15.00 per hour for each additional worker,
